We’re Office Imaging, a 100% locally owned business based out of Eugene, Oregon. We’ve been around more than 25 years so have stood the test of time when many of our rivals haven’t. When fellow technicians Mike Brixius and Troy Shaw founded the business in 1991 on an initial investment of $100, they knew then that you ignore the customer’s needs at your peril. That’s why, as we’ve expanded, we have been sure to educate every member of our team in the core philosophy of quality technical service and a transparent sales process with no hidden costs or confusing programs. This means we always have a live person answering the phone, and technicians are required to phone every customer with a service calls within an hour of your support request. We respond to quote requests quickly, and track customer service calls that are waiting for parts or supplies, making sure that you get information promptly. We invest in technology, including Enterprise Management software usually associated with much larger companies, to provide customers with even better service.
